I start off with France already as a Ally, and since they helped me in the Revolution i plan on keeping them a major ally and hopefully they can help me in a war against Great Britain in the future. Thats gonna make it much easier to form alliances. I first start off by proposing peace with the Barbary States, lucky enough they accept. I needed money and alliances if i was gonna kick the British out of America and form colonies. but defended by a small army to start off with.
The year is 1783, i start off with the original colonies that were once former proviences of Great Britain. A new nation built on freedom, i knew this might be tough since all over the world they limits on freedom and dont want the poor to get rights, but i had my own ideas.
